The Kevin Clark Trio with Fran Barton, will engage us with 'Over the Moon', a programme of jazz songs whose titles are related to the moon. Tunes will include 'Moonlight Serenade', 'Blue Moon', 'Moon River', 'Moon Dance', and will be performed by Kevin Clark (piano/trumpet), Rowan Clark (bass), Shaun Anderson (drums) and long-time co-performer Fran Barton (vocals), with interesting arrangements and interpretations. Many will remember that Wellington Jazz Club honoured Kevin Clark with a Tribute concert in May 2014.
Bring friends along to share an evening of fine jazz with fine musicians. Come early to get a good seat. See you there.
