First things first, we are not sergeant majors, there will be no screaming in your face... unless of course, you would like that? A session will involve a warm-up of light, easy to master drills. We then use a wide range of equipment and exercises to work all areas of your body, including cardio, core, upper and lower body, and agility.
Whether you enjoy HITT, AMRAPS, WODS, SS, we do it all. We will then take you through a thorough cool down to get you ready to face the world.
We create a fun atmosphere which challenges a beginner or a pro. Supporting you to achieve your goals. Our boot camps are designed with a wide range of exercises and drills to keep you motivated each week.
