Whanganui Christmas Markets

Whanganui's Annual Christmas Markets are packed to the brim with over 200 stalls on the last two Saturdays before the holiday break.

There is everything imaginable, made with love from our market family of skilled crafters, makers, growers and producers.

And there is delicious food from our street food vendors, to keep the energy levels up.
We are open until 2 pm on these two last markets before Christmas, so join us for a leisurely few hours on the riverbank, catch up with family and friends as you shop in the laid back atmosphere of one of New Zealand's most talked-about market. You can't beat the delightful setting with the Whanganui River as the perfect backdrop.
