This tour will run on Saturday 17 August 201`9 10 AM - 12 PM with Libby Brookbanks.
Travel around Auckland admiring current works by New Zealand artists and practitioners. Enjoy a morning of coffee and conversation as we visit different galleries/workshops and studios within central Auckland. We'll relax and discuss our favourite artists and artworks in a favourite cafe. Art Galleries will be determined closer to the time of the event depending on exhibition scheduled and location. Possibilities include Titirangi or the central Auckland area including the Auckland Art Gallery.
Who should attend? Anyone interested in learning more about the Auckland art scene.
What to bring/wear? Dress for the weather. Wear comfortable walking shoes. Bring money for a cafe stop.
