Wine & Watercolours - Adult Beginner Class, Artspace Gallery

Chill out at the end of your working day with a glass of wine and some satisfying creativity. We'll all meet in the gallery for our first glass of wine to relax and help get our creative juices flowing then move to the art room over looking the sea at 7pm to start painting.

During this 2-hour workshop we’ll explore the joys of watercolour painting in a fun and friendly environment in an amazing classroom above the gallery overlooking the sea.

Experienced watercolour artist and teacher, Alfred Memelink, will guide you through your painting in a fun, step-by-step procedure. The workshop will cover different techniques of watercolours such as painting 'wet in wet', colour mixing and brush control.

No previous art experience is required - these workshops are suitable for both beginners and more experienced watercolour artists who would like to fine tune their skills and style. The drawing will already be done for you to enable us to focus on the joys of watercolour painting.

These are fun workshops where all materials are provided including quality watercolour paper. Just turn up empty handed and leave two hours later with your own completed watercolour painting to be proud of and a smile of creative satisfaction on your dial.
