Womans Textile Shed

Come and join a fun, creative group of woman who are passionate about fabrics. We meet on the first Tuesday of every month and each class we experiment with a new technique, this coming month it will be printing on fabrics using a variety of resources such as lino cuts, erasers, bubble wrap, string on rollers, and over printing.

Pre-washed calico, textile inks and printing resources will be provided at a cost of $5, the class is $15 for the day. Please wear old clothes or bring in an over shirt. Other techniques that we will be doing in the coming months will be eco dyeing, resist and discharge dyeing, rust dyeing, slow stitch, fabric jewellery, felting and much more!
