We’ve all heard the myth that working women don’t support each other – but it’s not true. Women can be, and are, powerful allies at work. Studies have shown that women in particular benefit from collaboration over competition. Building meaningful relationships with each other and learning how to resolve discords peaceably are just two important aspects of the unique environment a predominantly female workplace presents.
