A class open to all those little people ages 5-9(ish) wanting to explore yoga in their bodies!

With certified teacher Lisa Morley, this fun interactive class will share the benefits of yoga with games and postures.

As an experienced mother and yoga teacher, Kids Yoga combines her love of yoga and of children beautifully and Lisa is excited to once again re enter the teaching path and be offering class at the Studio Evolve.
