No matter your creative medium, the incredible high of being in the flow of creation can be likened to the flow you'll feel while moving through yoga asanas (poses). In both scenarios, you show up feeling completely present, awake, and alive. For NZ Arts Month, join us for some yoga at XCHC!
Please bring your own mat. A few extra mats will be available, first come first served. Oh, and the floor is heated.
