Join us on Sunday for free yoga class in Auckland Domain. Classes are mixture of hatha and vinyasa style incorporating asanas (postures) along with breathing techniques and meditation as to leave you feeling refreshed, balanced and revitalized. Suitable for all levels with lots of cues to adjust as you need.
Every Sunday at 12pm starting November 3rd in the Auckland Domain grandstand (message 0273794817 for location queries).
Bring your own mat. Class free of charge however a small koha is welcomed.
