This rejuvenating mini-retreat is an ideal way to re-balance and restore your whole self - body, mind, and spirit. It includes a restorative Sevalight Hatha Yoga class, nourishing vegetarian food and a course in Pure Meditative Peace. There will be times on the retreat in silence and for relaxation, rest and reflection.

Retreats are important in this day and age, to help you relax and renew yourself, to connect with your intuition and creativity and to let go of mental stress and physical tension. To have time for your Self.

The retreat begins on Sunday morning with a welcome followed by a gentle and relaxing yoga class. After a break, there will be a session on connecting with your creativity and intuition, with a meditation followed by lunch. There will be time in silence after lunch to rest, go for a walk, read, write or sit in the garden. In the afternoon you will learn Pure Meditative Peace, a take home practice to give you mindfulness tools and a way to bring more Peace into your life every day. Then the retreat will conclude.
