Come along to White's Bay and enjoy yoga on the beach with DOC ranger and qualified yoga instructor Kim Pears.
For those who want to give it a go, Yoga on the Beach provides a fun and supportive environment to try it out. For those already familiar with yoga, take time to practice in the stunning outdoor setting.
Bring the family, there are plenty of short walks to amuse them while you relax and regenerate.
Bring a towel or blanket, comfortable clothes, sunscreen and insect repellent! Meet at the Surf Lifesaving Club at 9:50am
