What better way to start winding up your week and head into the weekend in a positive frame of mind, than by attending the ultimate yoga class surrounded by beautiful and serene sea creatures? This one-hour yoga session gives you the chance to take some time out, experience deep relaxation, and to create a sense of mental clarity ahead of the working week. Treat your mind, body, and soul to this holistic and tranquil experience.
The Eat Less Plastic initiative joins forces with the SEA LIFE Trust to deliver a relaxing and restorative yoga session with acclaimed yoga instructor - Lauren James. Unwind and admire the beautiful sea creatures, all while learning more about conservation initiatives and ways that we can all help preserve the beautiful marine environment. All ticket proceeds are being donated to Eat Less Plastic and the SEA LIFE Trust.
Guests are encouraged to arrive early - doors open at 6.00pm and close at 6.10pm. Please be prompt, as late arrivals may be turned away without a refund so as not to disrupt the class. Please show your confirmation ticket on arrival. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations, no shows or late arrivals.
All levels are welcome. Please bring your own yoga mat - fish-themed leggings a plus! Space is limited, so please book early as we expect to reach capacity prior to class.

- Yoga mat
-Yoga props – block, bolster, pillows, strap – whatever you have access to that can also be shared with your neighbors
- Water bottle (water refill station nearby)
