108 Oms - 6.30 to 7.30pm
Come together on the Full Moon on September 2 to participate in and enjoy the vibrational energy from chanting 108 Oms. Om (aum) is the original sound of the first echo when the universe was created (universal sound) and is often used at the beginning and end of a yoga class. The number 108 has long been considered a sacred number in Hinduism - yoga malas, or prayer beads, come as a string of 108 beads.

The vibrational energy from chanting 108 oms is amazing. We will start with some breathing exercises and finish with stillness. Bring your cushion, a blanket, eye pillow if you have one, your voice, good vibes and a friend.

Listening to 432Hz music resonates inside your body, releases emotional blockages, and expands consciousness. 432Hz music allows you to tune into the knowledge of the universe around us in a more intuitive way. These beautiful crystal singing bowls are hand crafted in Tibet.
