Information Centres are also established in the event. Those countries already willing to join the festival are Chile, Colombia, Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Myanmar, China, Philippines, Thailand, Korea, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Colombia, Chile, United Kingdom, Romania, Croatia, Russia, Maori (New Zealand), Samoa, Tahiti, Cooks Island, Tanzania and Nepal.
