Come prepare for the up coming 2020 winter football season with 7 A Side Football tournament. This year Waitakere City Football Club is putting on a Seniors 7 a side tournament to kick off the 2020 season and help with that preseason fitness we all crave.
This years tournament is open to all levels of player with an Elite Open section and a Mixed Social section. This is a Seniors tournament so all players do have to be 19 years old and over. The tournament will give each team at least 4/5 games with a finals series for the really successful teams. There is prize money up for grabs for the winning teams in each section, as well as 2nd and 3rd place and spot prizes on the day.
We have built a great reputation amongst the football community for holding great tournaments across the years. Our tournaments are well organised and run, with a heap of great volunteers to make sure your day is a success. We will have plenty of food options available, coffee and drinks from the club house and a superb atmosphere to play and watch some great football.
There will be space to bring along your team gazebos to recover under and the club will be open for refreshments and facilities.
So get your teams together and we will see you at WCFC on Feb 29th.
