Afterschool Creative Clay Course

This is a creative clay course for children aged 8 years upwards. It will enable children to spend time on their pieces, as well as developing their skills with different clay techniques. Suitable for beginners as well as experienced clay artists.

We will explore slab building, modelling and pinch pots, printmaking and sgraffitto with coloured slips, and other decorative techniques. Children will glaze their pieces during the last session (please note we skip a week in between, to allow time for drying and bisque firing work) then I will fire them, ready for pick up 4 weeks later. Price: $120 per child, includes all materials, glazes and kiln firing.
