Aboard a crowd-funded spacecraft, a two-woman crew are on the home stretch of a two-year mission that could provide a solution for an Earth ravaged by climate change.

But a collision with space debris leads to the terrifying discovery that something has gone wrong with the ship and they have been travelling off course for weeks...

The pair must negotiate a terse working relationship; a ship that’s falling apart at the seams; misogyny; questions of faith vs. science and David Bowie vs. The Smiths - and time is running out!
Performed among the incredible artefacts and stories from New Zealand’s aviation history at MOTAT’s Sir Keith Park Memorial Aviation Display, ALONE promises to be a unique glimpse into what could lie ahead…
