Aratika Cancer Trust Wellbeing Retreat: CANCELLED

We warmly invite you to join us for this 5-day programme for people with a past or present cancer diagnosis. It explores many avenues of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual healing and empowers participants to find their own best answers. We are incredibly fortunate to have Petrea King and Wendie Batho from the Quest for Life Foundation, NSW, Australia to facilitate this retreat, focusing on resilience, mindfulness and healing.

Enjoy understanding yourself and others more deeply with practical tools for meditation, communication and healing. Experience a greater sense of control over your life, being able to make positive decisions and improve wellbeing.

The cost to attend the Retreat ranges from $695.00 - $1,130pp. (This includes Bunkroom, SC Cottages, Premium B&B, 4 night accommodation, daily workshops, organic food and daily fresh vegetable juices).
