Join us at the New Zealand Portrait Gallery Te Pūkenga Whakaata for a series of free talks giving an insight into work and process of current artists.
In the first of this series, Adam Portraiture Award 2020 finalist Jana Branca will discuss her work and practice.
Jana's work has been recognised and exhibited by prestigious art institutions in South Africa and New Zealand. She is inspired by themes of the 'human condition’ and is particularly intrigued by ‘the flesh’ as a physical manifestation of humanity.
