A 6 week Yoga Journey to Activate, Align, Raise your vibration, Feel the experience, Breathe, Release and Awaken to your soul and move you forward on your path.

I would like to invite you to journey with me through the practice of Kundalini, Yoga, Breath and Meditation with doTERRA essential oils infused to help lift your vibration into a 5th Dimensional state of being where only love, peace and light is possible. Each week I will be intuitively guiding you through this practice to align yourself and keep yourself in a higher vibration and awareness to allow activations and ascension while giving insights and tools to keep moving you forward on your path and bringing you into a 5D conscious way of living.

The classes are more suitable to someone that has practiced Yoga before, this is not your average Yoga Class, we will flow through some awakening sequences to break through the limitations in our mind and expand ourselves, activate and strengthen from the inside out.

The intention is for you to connect deeply with yourself, to move your body and awaken parts of you that needs restoring and renewing, cleanse your body and mind of blockages and emotions and bring your entire body and mind into a high vibration of Love and Peace and Light to evolve and move into a new way of being and viewing the world.
