The ballet - inspired fitness class will be led by Allanah Hare, founder of Ballet Body. Every exercise, stretch and movement is designed to help build strength, grace, elegance and flexibility. All of this helps to sculpt and tone specific muscle groups, through body weight training and low impact cardio exercises. It is safe and suitable for all levels and abilities.
Drinks from 3:45pm are by donation and open to everyone, so please spread the word.

Crossways Community Creche is a charitable trust in Mt. Victoria that has specialised in early childhood education since 1979. Today, they need our help to raise funds to repair their roof so that they can continue to do what they do best, and continue to provide quality education for young children in our community.

Having successfully secured a $10,000 grant from the Wellington City Council's Built Heritage Fund, they now need our help to raise the remaining amount.
Please consider joining us for this event to support Crossways Community Creche, or making a donation. Every bit helps!
