Warratah and gentleman of the road Barry Saunders is teaming up with West Coast queen of country Katie Thompson for an intimate "one night only" show at Akaroa's Ma Maison.

Barry Saunders has had a distinguished career as both lead singer and songwriter with The Warratahs and as well as with his own solo work. Most recently Barry took out "Best Country Album 2020" with his album "Word Gets Around" with Delaney Davidson.

Katie Thompson is a versatile and prolific alt-country artist hailing from the West Coast of New Zealand. Her most recent release Bittersweet saw her nominated for two Tui's at the New Zealand Country Music Awards this year. The album was recorded with award-winning producer Ben Edwards at his studio The Sitting Room, Lyttelton.

Katie has been joining The Warratahs on stage since they first met back in 2013. After getting along so well Barry and Katie decided to pair up for a West Coast tour back in 2015 much to the crowd's delight. These two alt-country artists will most certainly help you send off the work year in style.

Dinner service from 5:30pm until 7:30pm - bookings essential.
