Battle-Ska Galactica-Living a Lie - Vinyl Single Release!

Everyone loves vinyl. The whole thing - a nice package you can hold in your hands, with some funky art, the shiny black disc, the clicks and pops as you lower the turntable arm, the warmth of the sound and of course the extra cred you get from keeping your music in crates instead of streaming it!

At Battle-Ska Galactica HQ we understand, so on the 31st of July we are releasing our single “Living a Lie” on 7 Inch, 45rpm vinyl, with the B-Side “Quick Buck”, and artwork by the legendary NZ cartoonist Trace Hodgson to sweeten the deal.

Not only is this the first time we have released a vinyl record, it is also our first post-lockdown show, and our first time playing at Moon 1 - and we are pretty excited, so we are going to have a big skanky party to celebrate and YOU are invited!

Only 150 copies of the record were pressed, so make sure you get yourself down to Moon 1 on the 31st and get your hands on one of these rarities - there are not many genuine Aotearoa ska vinyls in existence, so grab a slice of history!

Our mate DJ Dr Balanced will be warming up the Moon 1 soundsystem before Battle-Ska Galactica brings the skank!
