Our first Be Inspired speaker of 2020 is Dave Clarke, professional coach for over 30+ years and currently the coaching and sport development team leader at Sport Bay of Plenty.

Dave will share many of the lessons he has learnt over his career, touching on topics like resilience, learning, leadership, failure, philosophy and character—all transferable skills in the wider world.

Coach at 27 world championships, 4 Commonwealth Games and over 200+ world-circuit events,

Dave has coached:
- 9 world champions at various levels
- 8 Commonwealth Games medallists
- 10 top-ten ranked players in the world
