Join us for an electrifying night of spoken word and music, including DJs and VJs, to continue the conversation on culture. Te Papa co-presents this event in partnership with Third Culture Minds, an NGO dedicated to unlocking potential of ethnic youth in Aotearoa New Zealand and improving their mental wellbeing outcomes.
The evening will led by Te Kupu (Dean Hapeta) and Guled Mire, co-founder of Third Culture Minds and organiser of the Wellington #BLM vigils. Hear poetry by Emalani Case, Tere Harrison, and Tony Hopkins, music by Upper Hutt Posse and King Kapisi aka Mr Majesty (Bill Urale), and more.
