Brainfit for life course is consist of four sessions of 90 minutes divided on four consecutive weeks, it is designed for people of 50+group.

Keep your brain alive and young!
If you do nothing about keeping your memory alert, for sure you will notice yourself forgetting more and more, losing words that are on the tip of your tongue and even worse, forgetting the names of people you know or have just met.
But it doesn't have to be that way.
If you want to keep your brain active and your memory sharp join our course every Thursday from10th of September to 1st of October from 1.30 to 3pm.
