Give the breadmaking machine a rest and learn to make delicious bread by hand! All ingredients provided.
ove the smell and taste of fresh bread but baulk at the price of specialty loaves? Keen to get back to basics and whip up your own yeasty treats? Spend a day making buttery brioche, dinner rolls, wholemeal seed loaf, ciabatta and sugared doughnuts.
All ingredients included in course fee - a list of other items required will be sent to you when the course is confirmed. Not suitable for those who are gluten-free.
By the end of the day, you'll:
- Have made a selection of bread products to take home
- Understand more about the bread making process
- Use yeast with more confidence
- Feel confident to make bread products by hand
- Have had fun
Note: Courses need a minimum number to go ahead so if we don't have enough enrolments a few days before the start date, we have to cancel. We'll let you know by email so please check yours regularly.
