During the isolation period, we invite you to a series of online classes for beginners.

In this course, you will learn and practice Ki Breathing & Ki Meditation. Practicing that, you will naturally strengthen your body, and it’s also a great method to obtain a calm and powerful mind. We will have a Q&A session at the end of each class.

You should wear a comfortable outfit during the classes and ensure that you have a quiet place.

The classes will be held live on our Facebook Page (http://facebook.com/kiaikidonz/) each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 07:00 AM to 08:00 AM, New Zealand Time, by our instructor, Sensei Cristian Filimon, 3rd Dan in Ki Aikido.

This event is open and free of charge, If you have friends, family or colleagues for whom you think the classes might be useful, feel free to share them.
