To celebrate Pride Month in 2020, we're hosting a special fundraising screening of the dreamy 2017 gay romance Call Me By Your Name by director Luca Guadagnino.
Set in Italy in the summer of 1983, Call Me By Your Name charts the love affair between Elio, an introspective 17-year-old, and Oliver, his father's research student. Starring the ethereal Timothee Chalamet and Armie Hammer, the film was nominated for four Oscars in 2018.
We’ll also be kicking off the night with dramatic readings from the 2007 novel by André Aciman the film is based on, so you don’t want to miss out!
Tickets cost $12 for students, $15 for adults, and all proceeds will go to OuterSpaces and directly back into Wellington’s queer community.
