Carlise is also the daughter of legendary blues guitarist and King of the Blues, Mr Buddy Guy. Joining Carlise on stage is Chicago guitar maestro, Mark Maddox who's scorching guitar solos compel even the most conservative listeners to fist raising accolades! Billy TK Jnr is achieving what many musicians and budding guitar players dream of - that is to share the stage with your hero at his world famous blues club in Chicago. 'Billy TK Jnr has just been confirmed to open up for the legendary, world famous, legendary Blues guitarist 'Buddy Guy’ at his eminent blues club, Buddy Guys Legends. He will be the first New Zealander to be formally booked to perform at this prestigious venue in front of Buddy Guy as a promoted international act in the US’.
'Billy TK Jnr is an iconic Kiwi Blues & Rock guitarist who has toured extensively including the United States, Europe, Australia, Japan, the Pacific and New Zealand over a career spanning over 25 years. Billy has an impressive performance heritage having worked with a number of international acts including George Thorogood, the Neville Brothers, Jimmy Barnes, Junior Wells, Joe Satriani and Renee Geyer among many other others.
Special guest for some shows is West Coast, Californian Blues Harmonica Master, John Clifton. As a co-founder (w/ brother Bill Clifton) of Fresno's The MoFo Party Band, John Clifton has solidified himself as one of Central California's most in demand Blues frontmen since he started in the late '80's. His from the gut vocal and harmonica presence and high energy performances have captivated audiences worldwide. John tours Europe every year and also toured New Zealand in 2012 and performed at the Fiji International Jazz & Blues Festival in 2014.
