- 16-hour slow-cooked pork shoulder seasoned with fresh garlic and Chinese five-spice
- Stir-fried beef and fresh seasonal vegetables with black bean sauce
- Free-range organic char-sui pork slices served with combination egg fried rice
- Fresh vegetarian egg noodle salad.
- Wok-fried organic bok choi tossed with sesame and wild mushrooms
- Sweet and sour line-caught fish served with charred pineapple and green peppers
