Double Vision Brewing and Wilson's BBQ have teamed up to bring you one of this year's BEST barbeque and beer events! Blair Wilson will be demonstrating how to cook specific meats, explaining the processes behind smoking and preparing meats, and putting on the ultimate BBQ table spread for your lunch! Double Vision will also be pairing each meal with a specific beer including the very last keg of 'Old Bird' (Silver medal winning, Burbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout) which has been saved specially for this event.
We will also have guest speakers from Esthers and Shelly Bay Bakery, where special dishes have been created and will be walked through as you dig into lunch.
From melt-in-your-mouth brisket, pulled pork, and beer flavoured hot wings, to freshly baked bread, flavoursome relishes and chutneys, and a cold pint with each- you will truly be in heaven!
