The year 2020 has been tough on many of us. Jobs have been lost; lives have changed. Our plans of activities and travels that might have been prepared much in advance, were shattered.
We have been asked to limit our social life and self-isolate for the sake of protecting others.
Self-care is not selfishness. It is important that we look after ourselves so that we can have a truly joyful and meaningful Christmas experience and a positive start into 2021.
This online workshop is on holistic practices of self care. Clare will use a range of self-care nibbles such as health, counselling and mindfulness tools to help you take a deep breath and prepare yourself for Christmas.
