This year we offer a special 7 course Christmas menu at Spring Kitchen in the heart of Wellington CBD.

Enjoy a complimentary glass of prosecco on arrival and for the little ones, there is also a special menu for the kids for just 50$!

As there is limited space available per session, we highly advise you to book your tickets early and secure your table!

Christmas Set Menu $160

7 course with a glass of prosecco on arrival:

Tamarind and yoghurt Chaat
Spice crusted potatoes, Carom seed shortcrust, coriander, mango

Raspberry fish
Dalso kadhi, mushrooms, raspberries, dill, chilli oil

Pav Bhaji gratin
Potato mash, amaranth, gruyere and maska bun

Barley and green tea Kombucha
Cointreau, granita, goji berry, rose petals

Singaporean Turkey
Kohlrabi pickle, Bak Kwa mousseline, Red currents, burnt witloof, nadru, mustard oil

Fried egg
Thandaai sheet, Mango sphere, rabdi, jamun sorbet, achu murukku

Pāmu Deer milk Christmas pudding gulab jamun
Rum Anglaise, macerated strawberries, Whitakers dark, lime
