Speaker Bios:

Tania Carr of The Recruitment Hub and The Coaching Hub.

Tania is an ICF certified coach that works with entrepreneurial business owners. She believes that women in business deserve to be empowered to have it all, whilst maintaining the flexibility and balance to really enjoy life.

Tania has spent the majority of her career building credibility in executive roles, providing strategies and guidance for a number of reputable multi-million-dollar businesses.

With a young, growing family, it was important to Tania to build a business that would provide that elusive work/life balance and so she set up The Recruitment Hub, and more recently, The Coaching Hub.

Through the Real Talk platform she has created, Tania is on a mission to speak her truth, and to encourage and empower other women to share their stories also, to help break the vicious cycle of abuse and to keep our kids safe.

Lisa Nimmo of Happy Jack Innovation

Author, songwriter, pop star, marketing consultant, business owner and a general go-getter.

Some might say Lisa was a late bloomer embarking on her music career at the grand old age of 32 while working as a marketing consultant. Success ensued and her pop star ride saw her band Pearl sharing the stage with Sir Elton John and Eric Clapton.

After Pearl disbanded in April 2009 Lisa returned to her sales and marketing roots. In 2013 she began writing the story of her musical adventure and her experience becoming a pop star.

Blame it on ABBA – How I ditched my day job to chase a childhood dream is Lisa’s book offering revealing behind the scenes accounts of the life of an emerging artist and what it really takes to go after and achieve a dream.

“I believe the best dreams, are those we have when we’re awake, and life gets really exciting when we find the courage and determination to go after them.” Lisa
