The Circability team are bringing the circus to your home in their fun new online classes. These classes will teach you acrobatics, stretching and conditioning and using household items to create fun circus acts.
Circability’s online programme includes:
Family Acrobatics – learn how to balance, climb and pose on one another. You will need to find at least one family member to take part in this class. Better still, get the whole family in on the fun!
Strength and Conditioning – get strong, get stretchy, get flexy! Learn how to limber up safely and improve your core strength and flexibility.
Show Us What You’ve Got! – TuBaBo (tubes, bags and boxes). Create props using household items and show the class a trick or two.
You’ll gain balance, hand-eye coordination, flexibility, core strength, motor skills, endurance, self-confidence and mental focus as you master the skills used by professional circus performers.
You can book individually or for the 4-week block.
Circability is a community circus designed for all! Experienced circus professionals encourage participants to reach their full potential and Circability's aim is to build bridges and break down barriers, using circus as a medium to bring people together.
