Do you ever feel stuck, knowing there is something more to experience but unsure as to how to get there? Or are you striving, controlling and predicting to feel a greater sense of security?
The truth of Life is that there is no certainty. Our life, our reality is a co-creation. Moment to moment we have thoughts, make decisions and take action. Our choices lead to consequences in our lives. This is the co-creation process, and it can lead to new opportunities for learning and growth.
Are you ready to co-create something new with Life? Transformation can happen in any moment, and usually in the moments we least expect it.
Join us as we step into the unknown together. Our programme will be a series of conversations, activities and challenges based on the intentions of the group. The purpose is to demonstrate practically how it feels to step into uncertainty. By becoming familiar with our discomfort, we open to new possibilities, creativity, and insight. We will learn from each other and put what we learn into practice in our lives.
We might focus on any of the areas of life as it serves the group on the day, including:
- Purpose / values
- Health and wellness (mental, physical, emotional, spiritual)
- Relationships (love, family, friendships, work colleagues, community)
- Career
- Financials
- Authentic self expression
- Conflict and challenge
- Creativity and joy
This is our power. The power to trust ourselves, to trust life. To see reality clearly and feel the grounded confidence in ourselves, knowing that we can face any challenge head on.

There are two ticket options available:
- Online only:
Participate in a private Facebook group of co-creation and receive the benefit of the information, resources and conversation during October and November. The perfect option for people outside of Auckland!
- Attendance at the in-person workshop in Auckland (limited to 12 spaces):
In addition to attending the workshop, you will also receive a complimentary 90 minute coaching session on your choice of topic, as well as access to the online group.
In the event of a Covid-19 resurgence, we will change the in-person workshop to an online event.
