This three-hour workshop is for those who have attended our Making Soap course, and wish to learn colouring techniques to create new effects for their soap production.

You will learn about the different types of colourants used in cold process soap making, how to use them and when to add them to your soap. The course also covers various colouring techniques, including:
- various ways of layering
- mica lines
- in the pot swirl
- drop swirl
- hanger swirl
- mica swirling

Packed full of information, demonstrations and with a practical session at the end, where you get to apply the techniques you have just learned, be prepared for a full on workshop!

Course fee includes materials.

Note: This is an advanced workshop. Participants need to have either done the basic cold process soap making workshop, or have experience in the cold process soap making technique. Please search Making Soap on our website to find out more about our first-level soap making course.

This course is hands-on and each participant will leave with soaps they have created themselves.
