Celebrate the ultimate in decadence with a night of premium NZ seafood Showcasing oysters, scampi and premium seasonal white fish. Tonight your chef will show you his ‘tips and tricks’ in three fresh delicious recipes.
Start the class with a glass of bubbles and antipasto on arrival. Book early, limited spaces available. In this class learn the art of oyster shucking, served with wasabi dressing, grilled scampi with a chilli and lime vinaigrette followed by a market fish crudo, three great recipes for summer evening dining.
