Come and discover how to recreate some of these dishes from local ingredients with Mei-Fen, who is passionate about Asian food.
Some ingredients supplied but a list of additional ingredients needed (approximate cost $25) will be sent out when course numbers are confirmed.
Note: Nuts will be used in some recipes - this course is not suitable for vegetarians.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll be able to:
- Prepare a range of Singapore “hawker” style dishes
- Follow the recipes provided and prepare them with supervision
- Prepare the recipes from local ingredients
- Identify retail outlets which supply the specialty ingredients required
