Our Chess Club play’s on a Tuesday twice a month on the first and third Tuesday of each Month our room is the Leslie Comrie room upstairs in the Pukekohe Library best to arrive at 6.45pm there is parking at the rear of the Library come through the rear doors of the Library. In 2020 we will be putting a greater emphasis on coaching for those that want it. Sometimes that door plays up and won`t open if that is the case text or call me on my mobile 0272128232 and someone will come down and let you in.
We cater for all players young or old experienced or not, we have Club Competitions running throughout the year but those are on a voluntary basis. We have many players who do not want to play in a competition and are Happy to play socially each Club Night which is fine.
We also play other Clubs in 2019 we played the Thames Chess Club, the Hamilton Chess Club and the Papatoetoe Chess Club in 2020 as well as those Clubs we played in 2019 we will be playing the Splice inner City Chess Club, the Waitakere Chess Club and the Waihi Chess Club.
