At the A&P show, we aim to celebrate the industries that founded Pukekohe and welcome the community to participate and celebrate while having a fun day out with the family. The A&P show has been running consecutively for 134 years on our showgrounds, and each year we aim to get better.
The show includes competitions showing local talent and some who travel from all around the country to participate. We have equestrian and livestock and are proud to have one of the most extensive home industry sections in New Zealand that showcase the beautiful talents and skill from our local community.
We encourage you to participate and love seeing new competitors and old each year. With competitions, animals, entertainment, trade stalls, food and rides for the kids you will be sure to find something for the whole family to enjoy, bring the kids, the parents and the dog, provided they are on a leash and have a fun day out.
The Pukekohe show is run by the Franklin A&P society who are the non-profit committee that own and operate the showgrounds year-round. All proceeds from the show go back into maintaining and keeping the grounds in support of the local community.
