What does it mean to be a Crip dance artist in the 21st century and how does our work reflect our crafting of our identities? This is an insightful panel discussion from four leading movement and inter-arts practitioners: Suzanne Cowan, Rodney Bell, Pelenekeke Brown and Sarah Houbolt.

This is a live-streamed discussion – the link will be shared on the Tempo Dance Festival Facebook Page.

Suzanne Cowan is a researcher/choreographer/performer/writer based in New Zealand. She has performed and toured her work internationally and recently completed her PhD in Dance Studies at the University of Auckland. Her performance career spans 20 years.
