An open floor dance & live music Playshop with Ingrid Kölle and Jonáš Koukl.
Ingrid is a veteran conscious dance leader and Jonáš is a master of many instruments. Together they will take you on a journey of discovery and creative expression. You will be gently guided into the dance and find your own moves. Jonáš will bring along many instruments that you are welcome to try out.
It promises to be a deeply relaxing and fun interactive experience. Go deep into the dance, listen to your inner yearnings and play! There are no steps to follow, and you can do nothing wrong. All that is required is to come with an open mind and a willingness to explore, play and move.
