About the Course:
Learn practical and uplifting instructions for transforming difficulties and challenges into causes of inner peace and happiness. Through these methods we can improve our relationships, and bring greater patience, empathy and compassion into our daily life.
In this half-day course be guided in ancient meditative techniques, tried and tested for centuries, and transform even the most demanding situations.
The Teacher:
Kelsang Shechog is the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Centre Wellington. She has dedicated her life to helping people solve their problems and find happiness through Buddha’s timeless instructions.
Shechog has spent many years developing Kadampa Meditation Centres where she has inspired many people through her kindness and loving example. Shechog is much loved for her gentle manner, inner strength and clear, skillful teachings.
Timetable:
Session One 10 am – 11.15 am
Session Two 11.45 am – 1 pm
