At 18 Paul was a drug addicted school-drop out beginning a 10 year minimum prison sentence for killing his drug dealer. These days he is a husband and father, runs a successful business working with everyone from the Hurricanes to Fortune 100 companies, supports a number of charities, and is a regular contributor in the media. Paul will be using his own experience of change to discuss some of the key lessons he has learnt in how to create a better life for ourselves, our children, and our communities.
