---- NEW DATE TBC ----

Kia ora folks,
Due to Covid 19 restrictions, the following Banished Music shows are affected and have been rescheduled.

Whammy, Auckland, Fri 3rd October - postponed.
New date: TBC

At this stage, we are only rescheduling shows up till October 7th, and forging ahead with all other October shows as they are currently listed. We will update accordingly if this changes.

We know it's an uncertain time, but we want you to know we are constantly planning ahead to ensure the show will go on! Please hold onto your ticket as it will still be valid for rescheduled dates, and nothing more is required from you. If you can't make the new date, you can request a refund via the 'contact organiser' button on your ticket for all Banished Music tickets, or request a refund from point of purchase for all other tickets.
We encourage you to hold onto your ticket, or gift it on, rather than refunding if you are in a position to do so. It helps supports artists and organisers at this time.

Stay safe,
Team Banished

Banished Music is proud to present a special performance from DUAL alongside Leaping Tiger, INDYAH and RO at Whammy. New date to be confirmed.

DUAL have carefully crafted a schedule to ease you in, warm you up and set you off on a party into the night.
DUAL have hit the ground running this year – their first release of 2020 ‘Running Around My Head’ managed to hit NZ TOP 10 for 4 weeks and have features across 5 major radio stations, OTOSAN flipped their remix and that ended up on George FM.

DUAL returned with their second single, the poignant cut ‘Lately I Don’t Know’ which boasted a pulsating beat, with crisp, multi layered production while frontman Maurice Miller makes a powerful call for unity and change. The duo created a video with a montage of clips from all around the world – haunting shots of empty streets – the video featured on MTV UK, Germany, and Asia.
The song has been since remixed from Gum (Tame Impala) & Ginoli (Pond) which was be released on Friday 24th July.

Support appearances from DJ Ro as well as performances from rising pop singer INDYAH, and electronic/hip-hop hybrid Leaping Tiger.
