Join us in our relaxed neighbourhood environment for a set five-course chefs tasting menu with each course matched to a deliciously local Hopesgrove Wine. Internationally recognised Pieter Koopman, winemaker from Hopesgrove wines will be hosting alongside his wife to introduce the wines for each course and give us an insight into the journey that has been Hopesgrove for them. Serving modern, fresh vibrant, dishes celebrating local produce and house garden-grown ingredients paired with premium handcrafted single vineyard wines, this is an event not to be missed.
F.A.W.C! is a series of exceptional food and wine experiences set in stunning locations in Hawke’s Bay. Running twice a year, F.A.W.C! is a chance to get up close and personal with chefs and food producers, wine makers and the clever people that make up the New Zealand food and wine scene. F.A.W.C!
