Culinary artist and cake maker Florencia, who is renowned for her stunning bespoke cakes, is delighted to share her tips and tricks with you.
This hands-on tutorial will cover how to layer and finish a cake like Flora, and create something truly special to take home for sharing (or not!).
Coffee, Champagne and lunch at Central Fire Station are included as well as your own designed cake to take home.
